As a member of a service center team, your tasks will consist of answering and dealing with questions from clients via phone, email and other forms. Your main responsibilities will be responding to customer claims regarding insurance and complaints, perform financial tasks and execute changes to policy upon a request from a customer.
- As you will communicate with clients on a daily basis, knowledge of German language on an advanced level (C1) and of English language on an upper intermediate level (B2) is necessary
- Past experience from a Shared Service Center or a Customer Care is an Advantage
